Malfunction DaysThis is a featured page

Characters within the realm of Chaos Unraveled quickly discovered the realm's instability. It's ability to change and grow on its own, as well as to suit God or Satan's purposes, has also led to the occasional "malfunctions" that befall the realm. These malfunctions actually occur when God and Satan both attempt to change something about the realm at the same time.

On a day of malfunction, also known as a Malfunction Day, something about the realm's usual state is temporarily altered. Everything returns to normal the next day (or week, should it last that long.) These go on regardless of when or where a trial is being held. Physical harm or other bizarre things that might be expected to last typically don't - except for the memory of the characters, or items exchanged, it is as if the day is 'erased'.

Though Malfunction Days are listed with official dates, they are meant to be considered loosely. Within the actual story of Chaos Unraveled, the Malfunction Days only last for a day and the real world dates are used only as a rough timeline outside of the story, not within it. Any journal posts and/or threads started that day are to bear the effects of the M.D. It is also possible to backdate threads or posts to react to an event one missed due to being busy or because of a desired interaction between two characters.

Current Malfunction Day Dates

Announcements for the upcoming Malfunction Days of the month will be announced after the moderator is finished with creating the trials.
